Train-the-Trainer (T3) Program

Train-the-Trainer is a four-day highly interactive workshop designed to give our clients total ownership of their sales training delivery alternatives. We encourage our clients to have resident trainers that understand the Eagle System process and are able to effectively deliver the Eagle Program, its tools and solutions whenever they are needed. In addition, all certified Eagle trainers are taught how to effectively coach teams on hard-to-win deals. This significantly increases the value of the trainer.

Each client trainer must attend the Eagle program as a participating student prior to attending a T3 workshop. Attendees are certified upon successful completion of the workshop, and their ability to effectively deliver the Eagle program.
