skills he learned as a United States Marine.
Al enjoys a large following among senior
executives many of whom attended Als
early classes when they were beginning their
sales careers. Al continues to be the creative
force behind Sales Force Systems training
and skills development programs. He is also
the chief architect of the process provided in the e-tools solution suite. It is Al's
unique understanding of the business development and capture management process and his passion for developing
the skill sets of BD professionals that
differentiate SFS from the competition.
Mike
Ehrensberger, President and COO

Mike Ehrensberger is responsible for the day-to-day operation of SFS's software business and development of large accounts. Mike
has extensive experience in senior sales
management positions. His strength is his
understanding of how to take a company to
the next level of business development effectivenss." Mike founded Leveraged
Solutions in 1996, a Business Intelligence software
and consulting company which he built and
subsequently sold. Prior to that, he was
Vice President of the Public Sector at NCR.
His association with NCR was the result
of NCRs acquisition of Teradata. As
a 10 year Teradata executive, Mike built
the sales and support organization east
of the Mississippi, established the retail
vertical industry group and was instrumental
in producing the results that led to a successful
IPO and subsequent sale to NCR. Prior to
Teradata, Mike was the Managing Director
for Asia Pacific and Director of Manufacturing
Software at Cincom Systems, a Cincinnati
based proprietary software company.
Larry
Theuring, Vice President Product
Development

Larry Theuring is responsible for the development of all SFS software and e-tools. Larry has
28 years of software development experience
including development work at IBM, Minolta,
Tominy and Cincom Systems. His most recent
responsibility was Manager of Consulting
Services for iC CRM Solutions at Cincom Systems.
Prior to Cincom, Larry was Manager of Software
Development and Director of Client Services
at Tominy. He brings extensive database
design skills, client/server architecture
skills, and management talent to SFS.
Richard Ward, General Manager Europe

Richard Ward has 25 years of business development experience for major
accounts in the European market. During his career with British Telecom he
managed teams which were responsible for BT's global accounts. At Perot
Systems Richard was responsible for sustained revenue growth with UBS -
Perot's largest account. In addition, Richard established strategic European
relationships with key collaborative partners.
Bruce Bennett, Executive Vice President eLearning Group

With more than twenty years of technology and entrepreneurial business development experience, Bruce Bennett has successfully guided several innovative technology companies from venture funded startups though acquisition. Most recently he was CEO of GoSolutions, a Unified Messaging software company, selling their communications software to companies like Citigroup and Primerica. Prior to that, he founded Mediacentric Group, an Internet technology consulting company. Their customers included AT&T, Ford, Lucent, 3M, PeopleSoft, Perot Systems, AMS and Seagate. His first company, Image Technologies, was purchased by KKR owned printing giant World Color Press (now Quebecor World NYSE; TSX: IQW), forming the base for the printing giant's Digital Services Division, which Bennett ran as President for three years. Their customers included Ford, National Geographic, Spiegel and Victoria Secrets. partners.
Leslie Blahnik , Director of eLearning

Leslie Blahnik brings over a decade of interactive learning development experience to Sales Force Systems. Leslie has been instrumental in guiding the marketing and training communications for Web, print, and multimedia for pharmaceutical, financial, and media corporations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Nielsen Media Research, and Raymond James Financial. She brings a unique perspective and extensive insight into the requisites of adult learning to the organization.
David Gordon
David Gordon is an IT industry veteran of the Australian marketplace. David followed an IT development career with companies such as AML&F, LNC Industries, CSA (now CSC) and Capita Financial Group into marketing and business development of major accounts including Bakst International, Geddes Parker, ICS, Cedar Hill and Divstrat. David has also worked extensively in Asia and been responsible for joint ventures and driving business revenues. David brings a wealth of knowledge to the SFSI team.
Rick Hoffman, Partner Military Programs and Contracts
Rick Hoffman joined Sales Force Systems after serving 28 years in the United States Navy. Rick retired with the rank of Captain. During his career he commanded two ships and served in a number of operational and acquisition positions. Rick brings detailed knowledge of the Navy and Defense acquisition processes to his clients. He has participated in strategic acquisition planning with teams from Raytheon, American Systems Corp and EDO.
